Israel, June 12 — Israeli police have disclosed that a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was discovered during the "Iron Network" operation conducted in the country's south.
According to police information, during operations conducted over the weekend, three pistols, 12 rifles, a firing mechanism believed to have been stolen from Israeli military reserves, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition were seized.
The searches were conducted based on operational intelligence related to possible armed incidents and reports of gunfire.
Law enforcement noted that weapons and supplies were discovered during raids at various locations.
All seized material evidence has been handed over to investigative authorities for further examination.
