The procedure for obtaining a driving license in Azerbaijan has been simplified.
According to a decision by the Cabinet of Ministers, the validity period of medical examinations submitted for participation in driving license exams has been extended from 30 days to 60 days.
Under the new changes, candidates will now be able to use their medical examination for two months from the date of receipt. Previously, this document was valid for only 30 days.
The decision is expected to prevent citizens from incurring additional time and financial losses, and reduce the need to obtain new documents due to the expiration of medical examination validity.
It should be noted that in recent years, digitalization has also expanded in the process of obtaining a driving license. Currently, the required medical examination can also be obtained in electronic form, which makes the documentation process more efficient and convenient.
