Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are meeting in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The negotiations between the parties are taking place within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) events.
President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Kyrgyzstan for a working visit on August 31. The main purpose of the visit is to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization events.
The head of state and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed at Manas International Airport by Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan. A guard of honor was lined up at the airport for the President’s welcoming ceremony.
