President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will visit Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, today to attend the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).
Jnews.az reports that the President’s visit takes place against the backdrop of the recent strengthening of relations and expansion of cooperation between Azerbaijan and SCO member states.
Within the framework of the summit, the parties are expected to discuss current issues of partnership and regional cooperation.
Bringing together the leaders of member and observer countries, the event will provide an opportunity to discuss issues of coordinating joint efforts and developing cooperation in various fields.
