Baku, July 13 — Electronic applications for student placement at higher and secondary specialized education institutions for the 2026-2027 academic year have begun.
According to the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, the placement process will be conducted entirely in electronic format. Students who have completed their studies within the standard duration of higher and secondary specialized education programs and have earned at least 50 percent of the credits provided for in the curriculum during their period of study are eligible to participate in the process.
Document submission began on July 13, 2026 at 10:00 and will continue until July 19 at 18:00.
Students wishing to participate in the placement must register on the portal.edu.az platform, create a personal account, and after logging in with their username and password, fill out and submit the electronic application form in the appropriate section.
The Agency recommends that students applying pay special attention to the accuracy of the information they provide in the electronic application and adhere to the deadlines established for the process.
