President Ilham Aliyev signed the Law on the Execution of the 2025 State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The budget's revenue and expenditure indicators were officially confirmed by the law.
Revenues and expenditures: key figures
According to the law, in 2025 the state budget revenues amounted to 39 billion 184 million 560.9 thousand manat, while expenditures totaled 38 billion 604 million 559.6 thousand manat. Thus, the budget was executed with a surplus.
Decree also signed
The head of state also signed a decree on the implementation of the law. The decree regulates the implementation of the Law on the Execution of the 2025 State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated June 30, 2026, No. 428-VII. The document was published on the president.az website.
