BakuBus LLC investigated an incident that occurred on July 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. on bus route 13 operating on Koroglu Rahimov Street, involving a conflict between a passenger and the driver.
Following the investigation, it was determined that the driver violated professional conduct during the performance of his duties. The driver was questioned regarding the incident, and appropriate measures were taken in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
BakuBus LLC expressed its apologies to passengers for the inconvenience caused. The company plans to strengthen oversight of driver service activities and improve internal disciplinary mechanisms to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.
