Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered a suspension of drone attacks on oil tankers located at Russian ports in the Black Sea.
This decision was made following a demand from US Vice President James David Vance.
Under the agreement, the Ukrainian side agreed not to strike vessels that do not belong to Russia.
However, Kyiv put forward two key conditions regarding this agreement: non-Russian vessels must not be subject to Ukrainian sanctions and must not carry Russian cargo.
