The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a massive attack using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan. According to reports, one of the main targets of the attack was the city of Nizhnekamsk.
Local authorities reported that Nizhnekamsk was subjected to a large-scale UAV attack in the morning hours. It was noted that industrial and civilian facilities in the city were damaged as a result of the strikes.
According to information provided by the leadership of Tatarstan, there are fatalities as a result of the incident. Mourning has been declared across the republic in connection with the casualties.
Currently, varying reports are circulating regarding the exact number of fatalities. Although some sources claim that 10 people were killed during the attack, this figure has not yet been officially confirmed, and the final death toll is being clarified.
Work is ongoing at the scene to mitigate the consequences of the attack and to determine all the details of the incident.
