President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated President of the Republic of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam on the occasion of his country's national holiday.
In his congratulatory letter, the head of state stated that on his own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, he conveyed his sincere congratulations to the President of Singapore and, through him, to the entire people of Singapore.
