The Israeli army announced that it had destroyed an underground tunnel belonging to Hezbollah, discovered in the village of Majdal Zun in the security zone located in southern Lebanon.
According to the army, the underground complex was built using Iranian technology and engineering expertise. The tunnel, more than 200 meters long and over 25 meters deep, contained hundreds of munitions, as well as four missile launchers aimed at Israel.
"The Israeli army will not allow the Hezbollah terrorist organization to harm Israeli citizens and military forces," the Israeli army stated.
