The Central Bank of Azerbaijan introduces redesigned 100-manat banknotes into circulation starting today.
Key innovations:
- Security: 3D hologram, "Spark Flow Prime" dynamic element, watermark, security thread and special raised lines (for persons with visual impairment) have been applied.
- Design: The reverse side of the banknote is prepared in vertical design in line with modern trends.
- Signature: The signature of Central Bank Chairman Taleh Kazimov appears on the front side.
The redesigned banknote will circulate alongside the current 100-manat banknotes without any restrictions.
