President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in the Kyrgyz Republic for a working visit on August 31. The main purpose of the visit is to participate in the events of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed at the Manas International Airport by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov.
A guard of honor was lined up at the airport for the welcoming ceremony of the head of state.
