The school selection process for the 2026–2027 academic year has officially launched for preschool preparation groups in the Azerbaijani section.
Information regarding school selection was provided by the State Agency for Preschool and General Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Starting July 21 at 11:00 a.m., parents will be able to select schools in cities and regions across the country, with the exception of Baku.
The selection process for Baku will begin on July 21 at 3:00 p.m., while selection for sections where instruction is conducted in other languages will start on July 22 at 11:00 a.m.
The registration process will be carried out through the "mektebeqebul.edu.az" portal and will continue until September 14 at 6:00 p.m.
Only children born in 2021, meaning those who turn 5 years old in 2026, will be admitted to preschool preparation groups.
