US President Donald Trump has warned that a “very strong blow” could be dealt against Iran.
Jnews.az reports that Trump spoke about this during his address at the Republican National Convention in Dallas ahead of the midterm congressional elections in November.
According to Trump, certain activity was observed at one of the facilities located near the city of Natanz, in the area of Mount Kirka. The US president stated that Washington is closely monitoring the situation in that area.
“We are observing certain activity at Mount Kirka. My advice to Iran is not to play tricks. Because we will have to deliver a very strong blow to them. We have no other choice,” Trump stated.
The US president did not rule out that, if necessary, military action could also be directed at the facility near Mount Kirka.
“Someone said that certain activity is being observed at the facility. Maybe we will have to strike there as well,” Trump added.
