The dates for the announcement of the 2026 Nobel Prize laureates have been revealed. The process of announcing the names of the laureates will take place from October 5 to 12.
Jnews.az reports that all announcements will be broadcast live via the Nobel Committee’s official digital channels.
According to the schedule, the laureate in physiology or medicine will be announced on October 5. The laureates in physics will be announced on October 6, chemistry on October 7, and literature on October 8.
The Nobel Peace Prize laureate will be announced on October 9. The announcement phase of the Nobel Prizes will conclude on October 12 with the announcement of the prize in economic sciences established by the Central Bank of Sweden in memory of Alfred Nobel.
The solemn award ceremony will take place in Stockholm on December 10. During the ceremony, the laureates will be presented with Nobel medals, diplomas, and documents confirming the monetary portion of the prize.
