Jnews.az reports that this was stated by the Earthquake Research Bureau of the Republican Seismic Survey Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
According to the center, the earthquake occurred at 05:52 local time with a magnitude of 3.1. The hypocenter of the tremor was located at a depth of 31 kilometers.
