Personnel changes have been made in Azerbaijan's diplomatic missions in Istanbul and Kars, Turkey, by the decrees of President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the decrees, Zamin Mammad oglu Aliyev was recalled from the post of consul general of Azerbaijan in Kars and appointed consul general in Istanbul.
He replaced Narmina Elsever gizi Mustafayeva in this position. In turn, Narmina Mustafayeva was recalled from the posts of consul general in Istanbul and permanent representative of Azerbaijan to the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
By another decree of the head of state, Goshgar Aslan oglu Zeynalov was appointed consul general of Azerbaijan in Kars.
