President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed new decrees concerning diplomatic missions.
According to the document, Rashad Eynaddin oghlu Mammadov has been recalled from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Türkiye.
With another decree signed by the head of state, Rashad Mammadov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In addition, Rashad Fakhraddin oghlu Aslanov has been recalled from the positions of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Italian Republic, as well as to the Republic of Malta and the Republic of San Marino, and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Food Programme (WFP), and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant decree in this regard.
By another decree, Rashad Fakhraddin oghlu Aslanov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Türkiye.
