The Israeli authorities intend to offer 20,000 residential homes and apartments at a discount to Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reservists in the coming years.
The distribution of discounted real estate will be carried out through a lottery system. Participants selected based on the lottery results will be able to receive a discount of more than $167,000 for the purchase of a new apartment.
The implementation of the housing discount program was launched amid the upcoming elections in the country.
