A meeting in the «SCO Plus» format has been held in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to Jnews.az, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived at the «Irys Ordo» Congress Center in Bishkek to attend the meeting.
President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov welcomed President Ilham Aliyev and other heads of state and government.
The participants of the meeting held in the «SCO Plus» format then took a joint photograph.
The head of state delivered a speech at the event.
