«Netflix», «eBay», and «Anthropic» have been registered for tax in Azerbaijan.
Jnews.az reports that the registration of companies was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation regulating the activities of foreign e-service providers in Azerbaijan.
The tax registration of foreign technology companies is carried out within the framework of measures taken to develop the digital economy and improve tax administration in the country.
According to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, registration was carried out through a dedicated electronic portal.
Following the latest registration procedures, the number of international digital service providers registered for tax purposes in Azerbaijan has increased by four companies.
