The Azerbaijan Roads State Agency (ARSA) has dissolved several road maintenance enterprises under its authority. Relevant decisions have been officially registered.

- "Baku Road Maintenance No. 8" LLC — Director: Jabir Gurbanov
- "Baku Road Maintenance No. 9" LLC — Director: Natiq Ismayilov
- "Baku Road Maintenance No. 10" LLC — Director: Elman Javadi
- "Special Purpose Road Maintenance No. 1" LLC — Director: Etibar Karimov
- "Special Purpose Road Maintenance No. 17" LLC — Director: Shahin Suleymanov
- "Special Purpose Road Maintenance No. 18" LLC — Director: Jamal Sadiqov
It should be noted that this is not the first dissolution within the ARSA structure. Previously, Road Landscaping LLCs No. 1, 2 and 3, as well as Regional Road Landscaping and Ecology LLCs No. 1 and 2, had been closed. In addition, Road Landscaping LLCs No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 had also announced their dissolution.
