Israeli police and the General Security Service (Shin Bet) have detained a suspect in connection with the incident that took place in the West Bank village of Kusra.
Jnews.az reports that the detention was carried out as a result of a joint investigation conducted by police and Shin Bet officers.
According to the investigation, on August 12, 2026, a group of Israeli settlers blocked the road in the village area. Group members threw stones onto the road to obstruct the movement of both local residents and Israeli security forces.
Currently, the name of the detained person and the details of the charges against them have not been officially disclosed.
