Bachelors admitted to master's degree programs will register for their higher education institutions exclusively through the my.gov.az portal. A dedicated electronic service from the Ministry of Science and Education has been launched on the "mygov" platform for this purpose.
Through the service, admitted applicants can complete the digital registration process in a few steps. The registration will run from August 3 at 15:00 until August 12 at 18:00.
To register, applicants must first log in to their personal accounts on the my.gov.az portal using myGov ID (single sign-on system). Then, under the "Services" section in the "Institutions" category, they should select the Ministry of Science and Education and proceed to the "Registration of students to higher and secondary specialized education institutions" service.
During registration, applicants confirm their personal and admission details, enter the required information, and submit their application.
The status of the application can be tracked in real-time through the personal account on the "mygov" platform. When the application status shows "Payment pending," the tuition fee can be paid using the "Pay online" function, or a document confirming payment can be added to the system via the "Upload receipt" option.
Once the registration application is reviewed and approved by the higher education institution, the process is considered complete, and the applicant is officially registered as a master's student. A notification confirming the registration is sent to the citizen via the "mygov" platform.
