Officers from the State Traffic Police Department of the Siyazan District Police Division conducted a preventive raid aimed at detecting severe traffic violations and instances of reckless driving.
During the operations, law enforcement officers detained drivers who are local residents, identified as J. Agayev and J. Rashidov. Day.Az reported that they grossly violated traffic rules and performed dangerous maneuvers on the roads.
Materials gathered regarding the offenders were submitted to court for legal evaluation. Following the review of the case, appropriate administrative measures were taken against the detained reckless drivers.
According to the court ruling, both drivers were deprived of their driving privileges for a period of one year. In addition, administrative arrest and other penalties were imposed on the offenders.
