Amendments have been made to the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law on the Status of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (Persons Displaced Within the Country), and the Law on Social Protection of Internally Displaced Persons and Persons Equated to Them.
In this regard, President Ilham Aliyev has signed the relevant law.
The head of state has also signed a Decree to ensure the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 432-VIIQD dated June 30, 2026, on making amendments to the Housing Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law on the Status of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (Persons Displaced Within the Country), and the Law on Social Protection of Internally Displaced Persons and Persons Equated to Them.
