Representatives of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York held a meeting to discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation. The parties considered opportunities to deepen long-term cooperation between the financial institutions.
According to the CBA, Deputy Chairman Ali Ahmadov received the delegation from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
During the talks, the sides exchanged views on current trends in the global economy and financial markets. The participants also discussed pressing challenges facing central banks and key issues in foreign exchange reserve management.
