A 3.1 magnitude earthquake has been recorded in the Shamakhi district. This was reported by the Earthquake Research Bureau of the Republican Seismic Survey Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).
The tremors occurred 15 km north of the Pirgulu station. According to the information, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 3 km. The tremors were not felt by the population.
