According to the State Agency for Pre-school and General Education, the payment system for the teacher recruitment competition has been activated as of today at 15:00. Candidates will be able to complete their payments until July 9 at 15:00.
Why is a payment required?
Under a relevant Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the teacher recruitment competition is being held on a paid basis starting this year. This is the first time such a requirement has been introduced in the history of the teacher recruitment exam.
Who is exempt from payment?
In accordance with legislation, certain categories of candidates are exempt from the payment. These include first-time competition participants, members of martyrs' families, persons with veteran of war status, candidates with disabilities, and members of families receiving targeted state social assistance.
Where will payment procedures be published?
The agency stated that detailed information and instructions regarding the payment procedure will be made available to candidates through their personal accounts.
