Walid Haniyeh, the nephew of Ismail Haniyeh, who was seriously wounded in Israeli airstrikes on the western part of the Gaza Strip on June 25, died today.
According to information published by the Israeli media, Walid Haniyeh was one of the commanders of Hamas’ elite Nukhba unit. It is reported that he actively participated in combat operations against the Israeli army.
It should be noted that former Hamas Political Bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh was also previously killed in an operation carried out by Israel.
