On July 30, 2026, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree amending the list of state officials provided with special state communications.
The text of the document was published on the official website of the President of Azerbaijan. The decree aims to optimize the government communications system.
According to the approved amendments, representatives of the State Water Resources Agency of Azerbaijan have been granted the right to use special communications. The list includes the deputy head of the agency's apparatus, assistants to the chairman, advisors and heads of departments.
In addition, access to special government communications was granted to the heads of several subordinate organizations. These include the chairman of the board of the Directorate of Facilities Under Construction, the executive director of Regional Water Reclamation CJSC and the executive director of Large Cities Water Supply CJSC, as well as their deputies.
