The Iranian Armed Forces have launched a series of airstrikes against military facilities within Kuwaiti territory. The attack has been confirmed by the defense ministries of both countries.
The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces reported that the country's air defense systems are working to repel the strikes. According to the Kuwaiti statement, Iranian forces are utilizing both missile systems and unmanned aerial vehicles during the aerial assault.
The fact that strikes were carried out was also confirmed by the Iranian military command. According to the Iranian side, the primary targets of the aerial operation were weapons depots located at the Al-Aidari military base, as well as offices and barracks at the Ali Al-Salem airbase.
