From August 1 to 13, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) struck 240 energy hubs of Russian troops. This was reported by Robert Brovdi («Madyar»), Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to him, as part of the «Crimea switch off» operation, strikes continue against energy infrastructure facilities powering the operations of Russian air defense systems.
Brovdi stated that the main targets of the attacks include stationary radar stations and other elements of air defense systems.
According to the commander, on the night of August 13, the Ukrainian USF struck another 29 energy hubs.
Operation conducted since July 1
Robert Brovdi has been leading the «Crimea switch off» operation since July 1, 2026.
According to the Ukrainian side, the goal of the operation is the systematic disabling of critical energy facilities and substations in temporarily occupied territories, including Crimea.
Note that energy infrastructure is one of the strategically important facilities within military operations.
