Queues for petrol and diesel have begun forming again at gas stations in Moscow.
Gasoline is currently reported to be available at only 28% of gas stations in Russia, down from 41% a week ago.
Amid the fuel shortage, gasoline prices in some regions have increased by 1.8 to 2 times.
According to reports, Russia could face a second, more severe wave of the fuel crisis.
