A severe traffic accident occurred overnight in Zardab district.
Jnews.az reports that the incident took place on the Zardab-Aghjabadi highway.
A KIA passenger car caught fire after colliding with a tractor. Five people in the car lost their lives as a result of the incident, while another person was severely injured.
Those killed in the crash are Elyar Galib oglu Mammadov (born 1989), Galib Soltan oglu Mammadov (born 1954), Susanna Namizad gizi Mammadova (born 1981), Sakina Sadulla gizi Mammadova (born 1956), and Mehriban Zabit gizi Kerimova (born 1979).
Reyhan Nasib gizi Mammadova (born 1997) sustained injuries during the accident.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
