Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has traveled to Switzerland along with a delegation to participate in potential negotiations between the US and Iran. The information was released by the office of the Pakistani government, citing TASS.
According to a statement from the Pakistani government, Prime Minister Sharif, together with Pakistan's armed forces commander Field Marshal Asim Munir, will take part in high-level discussions to be held in Burgenstock this Sunday. These meetings are said to be linked to Islamabad's implementation of a memorandum of mutual understanding.
Participants in the Talks
It is worth noting that US Vice President J.D. Vance had previously traveled to Switzerland with the aim of holding talks with the Iranian delegation. These visits are part of diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions between the parties and advance cooperation.
