On the night of July 20, the Russian army carried out another massive air attack on Ukraine.
According to information released by the Ukrainian Air Force, 94 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of various types and two Kh-59/69 guided missiles were used during the attack.
It was reported that the missiles were launched from the territory of Crimea, which is under Russian occupation. The unmanned aerial vehicles were launched from the directions of Kursk, Millerovo, and Oryol in Russia, as well as from the occupied Donetsk region and Crimea.
According to the Ukrainian side, "Shahed"-type kamikaze drones, jet-powered unmanned aerial vehicles, and other strike assets were used during the attack.
The Ukrainian military has not provided further details regarding the consequences of the attack or the operations of the air defense systems.
