On August 26, the opening of Kindergarten No. 352 took place in the Nasimi district of Baku. The ceremony was attended by First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, as well as Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva.

Jnews.az reports that Anar Alakbarov, Executive Director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, provided information regarding the work carried out at the facility. It was noted that this 116-capacity kindergarten has operated as a specialized republic-level kindergarten for children with hearing impairments since 1972 and continues its operations today as facility No. 352.

With the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the building underwent major renovations, and a new wing was constructed. As part of the new project, a two-story, 36-capacity building was built specifically for children with hearing impairments. The kindergarten now provides the necessary conditions for the education and upbringing of children in this category.

The facility features audiologist rooms, playrooms, bedrooms, sports, event, music, and dance halls, as well as medical rooms, changing rooms, and staff rooms. The audiologist offices, classrooms, and playrooms have been equipped with the necessary furniture and equipment.

Outdoor playgrounds and sports areas have been established on the kindergarten grounds, and gazebos have been installed for the children's use.
