On the night of August 10–11, the Russian military struck several Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia.
According to reports, 5 people were killed and 20 injured as a result of the attack in Zaporizhzhia. Statements from local authorities indicated that industrial and infrastructure facilities in the city were also damaged. Fires broke out following the attack, and destruction was recorded in the area.
In Kyiv, an air raid alert was issued during the night due to ballistic missile strikes. As a result of the attack, fires were recorded in one of the city’s central districts, warehouse facilities were damaged, and at least one person was reported injured.
According to Ukrainian sources, ballistic missiles, guided aerial bombs, and unmanned aerial vehicles were used in the overnight attacks. Investigation and rescue operations regarding the consequences of the strikes continued.
