Azerbaijan's strategic foreign exchange reserves reached $86 billion 814.9 million as of August 1, 2026.
According to the State Statistics Committee, this figure increased by 12.2% compared to the same date in 2025.
A significant surge in financial and foreign currency holdings was recorded in mid-summer: in July alone, state reserves grew by $1 billion 46 million.
At the end of 2025, Azerbaijan's strategic foreign exchange reserves amounted to $85.1 billion. Thus, from January to July 2026, the country's total international reserves grew by $1.7 billion.
