An urgent meeting was held in Israel amid the growing threat posed by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

According to information released by the office of Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, high-ranking representatives of security agencies participated in the meeting.

It was reported that the situation regarding the UAV threat was assessed at the meeting, and operational, technological, and legal response measures were discussed.

The statement noted that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz, together with security agencies and relevant state structures, are preparing an urgent and comprehensive action plan against the threat posed by unmanned aerial vehicles.

In addition, it was stated that work is continuing to complete the legal regulation and enforcement mechanisms within the framework of combating the UAV threat.
