Israel's National Security Council has warned its citizens about potential risks abroad ahead of the autumn Jewish holidays and the third anniversary of the October 7 events.

Jnews.az reports that the Council emphasized this statement does not signify the introduction of new travel warnings. It noted that the announcement reflects existing threat levels and key security trends in various countries.

The National Security Council drew particular attention to the upcoming third anniversary of the October 7 events. It stated that numerous anti-Israel protests are expected across various countries in October, adding that some of these demonstrations could be accompanied by violence.

According to assessments by Israeli intelligence services, terrorist organizations may attempt to carry out attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets in connection with this date.

The Council called on Israeli citizens to take the current security situation into account when traveling abroad and to comply with local safety regulations.
