Footage showing singer Khatira Islam and her husband, Fakhraddin Musazada, operating a scooter in an unsafe manner on social media has been investigated, and the traffic violation has been legally assessed.
The Baku State Traffic Police Department reported that F. Musazada was summoned to the police station. He was fined in accordance with Article 338.4-1.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (transportation of a passenger by persons operating small electric vehicles). Additionally, preventive discussions were held with him, emphasizing the importance of strictly adhering to traffic rules.
We once again urge individuals using small electric vehicles to refrain from actions that endanger their own lives and health, as well as those of other road users, and to strictly comply with the requirements of the legislation.
