Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his support for Argentina in the World Cup final during a meeting with Argentine Ambassador to Israel Simon Axel Wahnish.
According to the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, the ambassador delivered a voice message from Argentine President Javier Milei to B. Netanyahu during the meeting. In response, Netanyahu called Milei a "true friend" and stated:
"We support you, and we support Argentina. We are with Argentina in the final. Good luck!"
During the meeting, the ambassador presented B. Netanyahu with an Argentine national team jersey and a soccer ball. The Prime Minister emphasized that he does not hide his support for Argentina and noted that relations between the two countries have strengthened further during the term of President Javier Milei.
