On August 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva laid flowers in front of the bas-relief of the National Leader at Heydar Aliyev Square in Tashkent.
It should be noted that today Ilham Aliyev arrived in the Republic of Uzbekistan on a state visit.
A guard of honor was lined up in honor of the President of Azerbaijan at the Tashkent-Humo International Airport in Tashkent.
President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed at the airport by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his wife Ziroatkhon Mirziyoyeva.
